Summary:

This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and an effective telephone manner to handle calls from Travel Agents and individual customers.  The incumbent must have a working knowledge about travel insurance products and services.  This position requires a positive and team oriented individual who is computer literate with an aptitude for interacting with the public and working in a service-oriented environment.  Must be able to work shifts.  Fluency in English and French is required.

Skills:

• Minimum Grade 12 with excellent language and grammar skills
• Strong interpersonal and organization skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good time management skills with ability to handle a high volume of activity and work with minimum anxiety
• Detail oriented with ability to work independently with little supervision
• Strong, keyboard and PC skills are required in Windows, Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel)
• Operate other office equipment, fax, photocopier, voice mail, etc
