Recently my wife and I had the unfortunate experience of having the hot water hose on our clothes washer burst. For several years we have been customers of Pottruff & Smith. Unfortunately during that time we have not had the opportunity to be as diligent about the insurance coverage as we have on our home and no one at the agency expressed an interest in our situation. We were another $ in the till.

As a CPSA member, I contacted Jennifer Torralba, of course, when I decided to put my son, Marc, on my policy. Marc had just graduated from University and was heading out on his own.
