'Deluxe' Annual Multi-Trip Plan 15 day Family Plan (2 adults, 2 children) - $172.50 plus tax

  • Travel Example: CPSA member traveling with family on vacation

'Deluxe' Annual Multi-Trip Plan 30 days (2 adults, 59 years of age and under) - $287.50 plus tax

  • Travel Example: CPSA member & companion on longer vacation trips over course of a year

'Standard' Annual Multi-Trip Plan 15 days (1 adult, 58 years old) - $46.00 plus tax

  • Travel Example: CPSA member attending business meetings, seminars, or short term vacations

The CPSA is once again delighted to offer - our comprehensive Emergency Medical Travel Insurance Snowbird Plan for the 2006/2007 season. The Underwriter is Reliable Life Insurance Company. Pottruff & Smith Travel Insurance Brokers Inc. is the Plan Administrator for CPSA's Travel Insurance Programs.

The Snowbird Plan Policy provides up to $1,000,000 for expenses resulting from a medical emergency or accidental injury for:

  • Emergency Hospital / Medical
  • Emergency Return Home
  • Emergency Dental Treatment
  • Repatriation of Remains
  • Emergency Diagnostic / Nursing
  • Emergency Air / Ground Ambulance
  • Return of Vehicle 

'Snowbird' Annual Multi-Trip 15 or 30 days (30-85 years) - premium on qualifications

  • Travel Example: CPSA member 65+ still working, attending business meetings or seminars

'Snowbird' Single Trip Plan min. 32 days/max. 183 days (under 85 years of age) - premium on qualifications

  • Travel Example: CPSA member retirees on long-stay US vacations

You will be required to meet certain medical eligibility requirements and complete an Application in order to purchase the Snowbird Plan.
