Lynne Ray was appointed to VP Operations after almost three years with Pottruff & Smith as the VP Human Resources. Lynne earned her Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto and possesses a Certificate in Human Resource Management. In making a very successful transition from HR to Operations, Lynne demonstrated the depth of talent that she brings to the team.

Cathy Baleck

Cathy Baleck joined Pottruff & Smith in 1994 and is responsible for corporate accounting processes and technology.  The first seven years of her career were with one of Canada’s top producing mining companies where her corporate accounting and business acumen were honed and her passion for finance emerged.  Today, Cathy is a key contributor to the success that Pottruff & Smith enjoys.

Marie Verschuuren
Vice President Marketing

With almost 20 years in executive sales and marketing roles, Marie brings broad-based experience gained within the social expression, corporate travel, financial, and manufacturing industries. Her marketing has addressed both business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors. Marie earned her Honours BA in English & Canadian Studies and attended Sheridan College in the Creative Arts Program.
